I'd been lightly sanding the top of the dome to try and get a better fit - but I finally gave up peeping thru the one holoprojectors, so i removed the pies!
Top of the dome touching the pie edge fine, but there's a gap along the edge and bottom that needs fixing. More sanding.

I use a small/cheap mini hacksaw blade to cut the panels out. I knocked out the pins and wrapped it in duct-tape.
